LABEL ME SANE®, Inc. was founded by people who have personally experienced anxiety, depression, addiction and withdrawal; and who are concerned about the growing prevalence of behavioral drug use in our society. We are dedicated to assisting those who wish to be behavioral drug free and who are seeking natural alternatives to help enable them to do so.

ALESANDRA RAIN was prescribed a cocktail of medications to alleviate the symptoms of insomnia, anxiety and depression stemming from overwhelming life circumstances. After nearly a decade on tranquiizers, sleeping pills, pain medications and antidepressants, she decided to quit and suffered terrifying withdrawals that nearly killed her, eventually driving her into treatment. ANDREA CROCKER worked in the International Fashion Industry for more than 15 years. She developed panic attacks after years of long hours and poor diet. Andrea sought the help of her physician, who recommended implementing exercise and improving her diet. He also prescribed Xanax that Andrea never took as her personal belief drove her to seek other alternatives. However, other members of her family took psychoactive medications with disastrous results. After meeting Alesandra Rain and hearing her story, Andrea felt compelled to leave the world of fashion to co-found the company, develop the POINT OF RETURN program and stop the devastating effects of behavioral drug addiction. TERRY CROCKER
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TERRY CROCKER is the Executive Director of Label Me Sane and spent most of his working career as key management within the hospitality industry. The high stress and long hours contributed to a struggling addiction to alcohol. Terry was prescribed benzodiazepines and antidepressants to help his addiction, without success. He eventually sought help in treatment and now enjoys a life that is drug and alcohol free. Terry is a certified personal trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine and The International Sports Sciences Association. He lives a healthy lifestyle that includes a strong faith in God, physical fitness, good nutrition, and has dedicated his life to helping others who are struggling with addiction. MORE...
